DMCA Copyright Policy

1. Notice and Takedown

Honest Pitches respects the intellectual property rights of others and expects creators using the Platform to do the same. We will promptly respond to notices of alleged copyright infringement that comply with the Digital Millennium Copyright Act (DMCA).

2. How to Submit a DMCA Notice

To report infringing content, send a written notice to our Designated Agent:

Your DMCA notice must include:

1. A physical or electronic signature of the copyright owner or authorized agent
2. Identification of the copyrighted work(s) allegedly infringed
3. Identification of the material you claim is infringing and its location on the Platform
4. Your contact information (address, phone, email)
5. A statement of good faith belief that the use is not authorized
6. A statement, under penalty of perjury, that the information is accurate and that you are authorized to act on behalf of the owner

3. Counter-Notice

If you believe your content was removed by mistake or misidentification, you may submit a counter-notice containing:

1. Your physical or electronic signature
2. Identification of the material and its location before removal
3. A statement under penalty of perjury that you believe the material was removed by mistake
4. Your name, address, and consent to the jurisdiction of the federal court in your area

4. Repeat Infringers

Creators who repeatedly post infringing content will have their account and all Pitches removed from the Platform.
