Problem
Open any operator's bookshelf in 2026 and you'll see the same three spines: $100M Offers, $100M Leads, and now $100M Money Models. Alex Hormozi wrote all three, and the YouTube channel behind them has become the single most-cited source for cash-flow-first business thinking in the indie / SMB / agency world.
The channel's promise is the same one that built Acquisition.com into a 10-portfolio, $250M+ revenue family office: show the numbers, name the levers, and refuse to dress it up in motivational language. If you've been looking for a content source that respects your time and tells you the CAC, the LTV, the payback period, and the upsell math without rounding — this is the channel.
The hard part isn't finding the channel. The hard part is knowing where to start, because the back catalog is enormous, the topics are wide, and the format (1-3 minute clips, 30-60 minute deep dives, podcast cuts, keynote recaps) makes it hard to sequence.
Agitate
If you've tried to learn business from YouTube, you know the pattern: 14 minutes of intro, 8 minutes of sponsor read, 4 minutes of a tactic that only worked because the host had a 6-figure audience to begin with. The comments are full of "great content!" and the engagement is real, but you close the tab without a thing you can do tomorrow.
Hormozi's channel is the opposite. The numbers are specific (3.6M copies in 72 hours; $96M in launch revenue; portfolio companies crossing $250M+ ARR). The frameworks are specific (attraction → upsell → downsell → continuity; LTV/CAC; payback period; ROIC; net dollar retention). The clips are short and dense. There is no wallpaper.
That density is the asset. It's also the friction: if you start at random, you'll either bounce off the surface-level 1-minute clips, or you'll get pulled into a 3-hour archive dive that doesn't end with a thing you can ship.
Solution
Start here: "$100M In 12 Months" (the 49-second clip). It's a one-line summary of the entire Acquisition.com thesis and the book launch that broke the Guinness world record for fastest-selling non-fiction. Under one minute. Sets the frame for everything else on the channel.
Then the money-models content. The book $100M Money Models is the channel's organizing theme for 2026. The short clip "12 Money Numbers All Entrepreneurs Should Know" is the operating-theatre counterpart: lifetime gross profit, CAC, LTV/CAC, churn, ROIC, payback period, max-CAC ceiling, and the unit-economics math that decides whether a business lives or dies. The full-length videos and the podcast cuts fill in the proofs.
Then the offers-and-leads backbone. The $100M Offers and $100M Leads content is older but still the cleanest articulation of the attraction-offer, upsell, downsell, continuity, and content-as-lead-machine mechanics that powered the $96M launch.
Subscribe to the channel at @AlexHormozi for the 1-3 minute operating clips. The longer content lives on the podcast feeds and the books. The book $100M Money Models is on sale at major retailers; the older two ($100M Offers, $100M Leads) are free PDFs on Hormozi's site.
This page is the index. The channel is the asset. The book is the reference.
